We advise government and the private sector on matters related to investment in facilities and technology. We conduct studies and provide decision-support tools and training for decision makers. We specialize in the products and processes that shape our built environment: buildings and urban development, ground transportation, public works infrastructure, and the companies in the design and construction industries.

To inform our consultancy engagements and maintain our technical leadership, we undertake research and development to advance the state of practice in knowledge-based decision making for facilities investment and management. We also monitor the state-of-the-art in selected technologies and financial performance of companies engaged in development and commercial application of these technologies.
